These guidelines are integrated into Cabby's Terms of Use and form part of the agreement between you & Cabby. They apply to all users of our platform, including drivers, passengers, and vendors.

Adhering to these guidelines is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the Cabby community. Violating these rules can result in actions ranging from warnings to account suspension or permanent deactivation. We take the safety and respect of our community seriously and will enforce these guidelines to protect all users.

Community Guidelines Principles

We expect all our users to follow these core principles:

Content Related Violations

To keep Cabby safe and welcoming, please refrain from:

  • Posting or disseminating illegal content, including but not limited to materials involving child exploitation or content supporting terrorism or violence.
  • Avoid sharing or displaying sexually suggestive materials, graphic comments, lewd remarks, or derogatory comments

This includes avoiding unwanted flirtations, sexually degrading language, and comments on someone's body or sexuality.

What Happens If I Violate These Guidelines

If you violate these guidelines, Cabby may take the following actions:

  1. You may receive a warning about your behavior.
  2. Your account may be temporarily deactivated, with a notice of the reason and duration.
  3. Your account may be permanently suspended, leading to loss of access to Cabby.
  4. For serious violations, Cabby may report incidents to law enforcement and provide necessary information.

Appeal Process

If you believe an action taken against you was unjust, you can appeal:

  • You will have the opportunity to request a review of decisions, either before or after enforcement.
  • If low ratings or negative reviews influenced the action, provide evidence that these were due to unsubstantiated complaints.

All actions taken are subject to appeal to ensure fairness. Cabby will notify users if they are at risk of any action, though some actions may be taken without prior warning in urgent situations.

Remediation Option

If you wish to resolve issues related to a violation:

  • You may engage in remediation if both parties involved in an incident agree to address the issue with Cabby's assistance.
  • Remediation will be considered based on the type of violation and the potential for repair.
